In an effort to ensure clear and transparent communication regarding all the latest at DREAM, below you will find a running list of COVID announcements. We will be keeping this page up-to-date in real time, allowing you to check this resource often and with confidence.

March 4, 2021

  • A member of the EHES community has tested positive for COVID-19. At this time: anyone with a positive COVID-19 test will not return to the school and will be safely separated until they are no longer infectious; anyone who had close contact with the individual will be quarantined; and classes for all others will continue without interruption.

  • A member of the DCHS community has tested positive for COVID-19. At this time: anyone with a positive COVID-19 test will not return to the school and will be safely separated until they are no longer infectious; anyone who had close contact with the individual will be quarantined; and classes for all others will continue without interruption.

  • A member of the Mott Haven Elementary School community has tested positive for COVID-19. At this time: anyone with a positive COVID-19 test will not return to the school and will be safely separated until they are no longer infectious; anyone who had close contact with the individual will be quarantined; and classes for all others will continue without interruption.

February 24, 2021

  • A member of the DREAM community has tested positive for COVID-19. Based on all available evidence, the affected individual was in remote mode and away from any DREAM staff, students, and families during a period when the virus was transmissible, as determined by the CDC. At the time, no close contacts have been identified, and all classes will continue without interruption.

February 8, 2021

  • A member of the DREAM community at 1991 Second Ave. has tested positive for COVID-19. At this time: anyone with a positive COVID-19 test will not return to the school and will be safely separated until they are no longer infectious; anyone who had close contact with the individual will quarantine for at least 10 days; and classes for all others will continue without interruption.
